What is the difference between VIP Care and Premium Support?
We’ve always wanted to offer the best support to our users. The default premium support assures responses within a day while VIP Care takes you higher up the queue and makes sure you are answered as soon as possible.

What can you expect as a part of our support?
We want to be there at every step to help you set things up with our products. You can refer to our support policy to know more.

Does VIP Care mean I get support on weekends?
Generally, our support hours are Monday to Friday. But, since you are a VIP customer, we are here to help you during weekends too!

How can I submit a VIP support ticket?
We have a separate form to identify tickets coming from VIP customers. You must submit a support ticket from the dedicated support page to make sure you are tagged and queued in the correct list.

How can I opt for VIP Care support?
If you are an existing customer and would like to upgrade your support to VIP care, you can purchase the membership from here.

We have recently implemented a new ticketing system that allows to check your Support Ticket history.

Step to Check the Support Ticket History

If you are registered user on our Store, you can view the tickets history under My Tickets page.

Here’s a screenshot of how the page would look like –

To track or view the tickets please confirm, if the ticket was opened after 21st April 2021.

Once a ticket is opened you will be able to track the status of the ticket and even respond to it from the same window itself.

If you own any of the Brainstorm Force products, you can manage license from our store account.

Following are the things you can manage in terms of the product’s license –

  1. You can get a license for purchased products.
  2. You can see domains that have a product license activated.
  3. You can remove license key from any domain.

Here is how you can deactivate the license from the store –

Step 1 – Login to the store account

Step 2 – Go to Account > Licenses

View Licenses


Step 3 – Click on “Manage Sites

Step 4 – Here you will see all website/domains that have license activated. Click on the “Deactivate Site“.

Note: In case you accidentally deactivated the license from the incorrect website, login to the website and activate the license again.

Follow this step by step guide to apply for our Affiliate Program. It will give you affiliate links for all our products sold on the store.

Create an Account on Brainstorm Store

Before applying for the affiliate program, you need to create an account on Brainstorm Store. Visit the following link and create an account on our store.

Apply for Affiliate Program

After creating an account on Brainstorm Store, login into your account. Click on the Account tab, then click on the Affiliate Area in the drop-down menu.

Fill the Affiliate Registration Form and click the Submit button.

After successful form submission, you will see the following message.

Wait for Approval Email

We will review your affiliate request within 24 hours. Once your request is approved you will get a similar email as seen below.

Affiliate Links for Promotion

Click on Account then Affiliate Area to see all your affiliate links.

Now you can see the affiliate ID and affiliate URLs as shown in the screenshot below.

Astra offers Annual and Lifetime licenses for various packages. In this article, let’s see how you can renew your annual/yearly license. 

Automatic Renewal Subscription

If you own an annual license for any of the Astra packages, it will be automatically renewed every year on the anniversary of the purchase date.

So with an automatic renewal subscription, you don’t need to take any manual action to renew the license. 

You can check the Renewal Subscription status from your store account under the licenses page

But in case, your automatic renewal subscription is not active or you have canceled it, below are the easy steps to renew license. 

Manual Renewal

Step 1: Log in to Store account and visit the Licenses page – https://store.brainstormforce.com/licenses/

Step 2: Click on the “Renew License” button and complete the payment process. 

Find Renew License Option

This will extend the validity of your license for another year.

This article explains how license upgrades work.

Lifetime to Lifetime Upgrades:

Customers need to pay only the difference amount.
Example – If a user wants to upgrade from Astra Pro ($249 / Lifetime) to Astra Growth Bundle ($699 / Lifetime), he will have to pay only $450 ($699 – $249)


Annual to Lifetime Upgrades:

Customers need to pay only the difference amount (provided they have an active annual license)
Example – If a user wants to upgrade from Astra Pro ($59 / Year) to Astra Pro ($249 / Lifetime), he will have to pay only $190 ($249 – $59)


Annual to Annual Upgrades:

In case if you upgrade to annual license, the original date of license expiry is considered, regardless of the date of upgrade. The amount you will be charged will be based on the price difference and the time left in your current subscription before renewal. This means that you will have to pay a complete annual fee in case your earlier license has expired.

Example – A customer purchased an annual license for Astra Pro ($59 / Year) on January 1, 2017. On July 1, 2017, the customer upgrades his license to Astra Growth Bundle ($249 / Year). The price difference is $190 and there are 6 months left in his current subscription period. The customer will pay $95 to upgrade. On January 1, 2018, the subscription will renew and the customer will pay the license renewal amount and own an active license key until January 1, 2019.

The expiration date of the license will not change; an upgraded license will still expire on the original expiration date whether prorated or not.

Note: Above upgrade process will be applied to all Astra packages i.e. ASTRA PRO, Essential Bundle, and Growth Bundle.
